The minimum order quantity for invitations is 20 items.
Once a quote is given it is valid for 14 days.
A 50% non refundable deposit is payable upon ordering which reserves a production and design slot and guarantees the quoted price. The slot is not reserved until this has been paid.
Once customers have completed the information form, Dear Riley Designs then aims to get a first draft to the customer within 72 hours. The final balance is taken once the final design has been approved and no work will be printed until the final balance has been sent.
It is recommended that the information form for your order is completed as soon as possible and that once completed, the customer should keep an eye on emails and messages to approve the proofs as quickly as possible. Delays during this process may result in a delay in your order.
Customers must agree to provide clear and specific requirements for the customisation of the product. This includes providing the correct wording, spelling etc. Dear Riley Designs will always proof read and check work but ultimately it is the responsibility of the customer to carefully inspect the artwork and ensure it is all correct before approving.
Once a design has been approved and the work has gone to print, it cannot be changed or amended in any way. If the customer wishes to do so, they must re order the product which may result in additional costs.
Due to different phone and computer screens, colours may vary. Envelope colours may vary from batch to batch.
When customers place an order they are agreeing to allow Dear Riley Designs to post images of the final product on social media platforms as promotion - personal details such as phone numbers will always be blurred out. However if the customer wishes for the design not to be posted or to be postponed, they must make Dear Riley Designs aware upon ordering.
Customers will be informed once an order has been sent but delivery dates are estimates. Most orders are sent tracked via DPD which means that the customer usually receives a date and time and a tracking link. This is with the exception of small cards orders which are sent via Royal Mail. Dear Riley Designs are not responsible for any delays once posted.
If the customer is local Dear Riley Designs will always do whatever possible to arrange a delivery or collection - however this depends on availability and is not guaranteed. This does not affect the price.
Please Note: At Dear Riley Designs, we occasionally use graphics from Freepik into our custom or bespoke designs. Whilst most designs are totally original and designed in house, graphics such as illustrated florals and 'Order of the Day' icons may be used to enhance the final product.
All designs must not be passed on, reused, distributed, or reprinted by customers without the permission of the business. It is intended for personal use only. Your understanding in this matter is appreciated.
